Court Date!

December 10, 2007

We received our court date today. It will be this coming Thursday at 9A here. So that's 1A for most of you. Here is the problem. As many of you know the holidays here begin around the 28th and run until about the 10th of Jan. As things are lined up, we will be bumping right up against the wire. Pray for a miracle. I will be leaving with the other two on Jan 1, regardless. I could return if needed, but the best would be for us all to travel on the 1st. It could happen, but only God can pull it off.

Please continue to pray for us all. As many of you know, there are two other families here from home. Another family arrived on Saturday from our state. They are here to adopt a younger child. We all need your prayers and encouragement. There are many adjustments to be made to incorporate these wonderful children into new families.

God is good, all the time, He put a song of Joy in this heart of mine! God is good God is good all the time! :) We decided to sing for you :)

We are so proud for you guys! Whew... wow... how do you feel when you know you are at a place where this choice is about to be legal? When what you guys heard God say do, is about to come to pass? What are the top 3 things you are excited about seeing the family do together stateside? What are the moments that make you go "yeah buddy" :) this is what it is all about?
Focusing with you on all that is to come :) & praying with you about each rough patch and down right pot hole that you are facing now.
We love ya'll! (MP I am about to begin said task this week. please pray for me!!! :) donations of wisdom accepted!)

YEAH!!! When I read the title for todays blog I immediately broke out in happy clappy mode. BD received the photos from Grandpa R at work, but I'm having trouble getting them here at home.(Big shout out & thanks for trying with the pics). I'm going to continue my plea to God for the ultimate gift...that all this will be official by Christmas. He is in control, we just have to keep the faith.
Love and kisses to everyone- the Hands

We will be praying and hoping that you all get to travel home together. we love you. Tell Denis that Morgan and I say hello and thanks for all his hard work. Love The Werk family
